About Qredo
Qredo is a cryptocurrency that aims to solve security issues in the decentralized world, one of the main ones being the management of private keys. I'm sure you've all heard the stories of people forgetting their keys and millions of dollars being locked away forever!
Qredo was conceptualised in late 2018 by Anthony Foy and Brian Spector. A major achievement of Qredo was successfully creating the world's first custodial network based on decentralized multi-party computation (MPC), which allows digital assets to be immediately accessible and stored online without compromising security. Instead of a hacker getting into a single machine and running off with the private key, they would need to hack ALL of the machines on the MPC network.
Finally a secure way to store keys online!
You can find the usual security documents on their website.
Qredo Wallet
Qredo has their own wallet to allow for secure transactions and key management. As they like to mention, #TheNetworkIsTheVault.
The wallet is free depending on what you do with it, however the peer-to-peer trading has volume-based pricing at 0.5BPS, also known as BitcoinPoS.
Where to buy?
You can purchase the Qredo cryptocurrency at the following exchanges:
Conclusion
Qredo is making innovative and ground-breaking changes to the cryptography and cryptocurrency space. Creating a logical solution to a serious and common problem. They appear to have a solid team and have already made excellent progress since starting in 2018. DYOR and see for yourself!
